Types of Membership

2. Honorary Member. Citizens of eminence may be given Honorary Membership at the discretion of the Board of Governors/ Management Committee. A Honourary Member will be requested or provided the following:-

• Request for contributions of articles for STRIVE.
• Provided with Printed/ Digital Magazine / Paper/ article of STRIVE.
• An invite to attend an organized event, panel Discussion, Debate etc.
• An invite to attend get-together when organized.
• An invite to annual Event/ Conclave.
• Honourary Membership is open to All Indian irrespective of location.

3. Founder Member–Founder Members of the STRIVE are those who had been associated inception of the STRIVE, part of discussion, volunteered and actively assisted in establishment of the forum during the formative period would be deemed to be eligible for founder membership subject to meeting all other conditions. Founder Members, if willing, would be part of Management Committee/ Governing Body. They will also form part of executive / academic council / body.

• Request for contributions of articles/ Blogs for STRIVE.
• Provided with Printed/ Digital Magazine / Paper /article of STRIVE.
• An invite to attend a organized event, panel Discussion, Debate etc.
• An Invite to attend Get-together when organized.
• An Invite to annual Event/ Conclave including Lunch/ Dinner.
• Membership Charges. Membership Registration – Rs 5000/. Subscription – Rs 2,500/ (up to Mar 2022).Security Deposit- Rs 5,000/ (Refundable). Total Rs. 12,500/.
• Subscription Rs 250/ Per Month or Rs 2,500/ Per Annum.
• Will enjoy Voting Rights including Proxy Voting.

4. Life Member– Those Members who were /are part of discussion, volunteered and actively assisted in the meetings / willing to take active part of STRIVE are eligible for the life membership subject to meet all other conditions as per bye laws. Members comprise- Defence Services Veterans of Tri- Services (Army, Navy & Air Force). Veteran Officers of Central/UP Govt Service, PSUs, All India Police Service/ Forces, Prominent Veterans from Social, Economy, Education, Sports, Public Relation Digital and Mass Media. Life Members will be eligible to become members of the management committee / executive / academic council / body through a due process of election.

• Request for contributions of articles/ Blogs for STRIVE.
• Provided with Printed/ Digital Magazine / Paper /article of STRIVE.
• An invite to attend an organized event, panel Discussion, Debate etc.
• An Invite to attend Get-together when organized.
• An Invite to annual Event/ Conclave including Lunch/ Dinner
• Membership is open to All Indian irrespective of location.
• Membership Charges. Membership Registration – Rs 5000/. Subscription – Rs 2500/ (up to Mar 2022). Total Rs. 7500/.
• Rs 250/ Per Month or Rs 2500/ Per Annum.
• Will enjoy Voting Rights including Proxy Voting.

5. Member.  A Member is eligible for the permanent membership subject to his meeting all other conditions as per bye laws. Membership will be open to Defence Services Veterans of Tri- Services (Army, Navy & Air Force). Veteran Officers of Central/UP Govt Service, PSUs, All India Police Service/ Forces, Prominent Veterans from Social, Economy, Education, Sports, Public Relation Digital and Mass Media. A member can upgrade to life membership.

• Provided with Printed/ Digital Magazine / Paper /article of STRIVE.
• A invite to attend a organized event, panel Discussion, Debate etc.
• Request to attend Get-together when organized.
• Invite to annual Event/ Conclave including Lunch/ Dinner.
• Membership is open to All Indian irrespective of location.
• Membership Charges. Membership Registration – Rs 2500/. Subscription – Rs 2500/ (up to Mar 2022). Total Rs. 5000/.
• Subscription Rs 250/ Per Month or Rs 2500/ Per Annum.
• Will enjoy Voting Rights. No Proxy Voting.

6. Institutional Member. Institutional membership is open to an Institution, organization related to Public, Social and Welfare, Think Tank/ Study Centre, PSUs, Industry / Corporate, NGO or etc subject to being accepted by the Board of Governors/ Management Committee. They may be admitted in accordance with the stipulated terms and conditions after paying their financial Contribution/ Registration Charges. A maximum of five personnel may be nominated by the Head of the Establishment concerned to become Institutional Members for a period of one year.

• Request for contributions of articles/ Blogs for STRIVE.
• Provided with Printed/ Digital Magazine / Paper of STRIVE.
• An invite to attend a organized event, panel Discussion, Debate etc.
• Request to attend annual Event/ Conclave.
• Membership is open to All Indian irrespective of location.
• Membership Registration – Rs 25,000/. Subscription – Nil (up to 31 Mar 2022). Total Rs. 25,000/.
• Subscription Rs 5000/ Per Annum.
• Institution may request strive to undertake research work after payment of research charges. The rates will be mutually decided at the time of finalization of the agreement.
• No Voting Rights.

7. Associate Members. Head of Dept of Govt/ PSU, Institutions, Organisation., Vice Chancellors and HODs of Universities and Institutions, Media Houses and any other distinguished person engaged in Defence, Security, Literacy, Public, Social and Economy related studies may become an Associate Member for the duration of association of the parent organisation which sponsors a research.

• Request for contributions of articles/ Blogs for STRIVE.
• Provided with Printed/ Digital Magazine / Paper /article of STRIVE.
• A invite to attend a organized event, panel Discussion, Debate etc.
• Request to annual Event/ Conclave.
• Membership is open to All Indian irrespective of location. Membership Charges. Membership Registration – Rs 1000/. Subscription – Rs 100/ (up to Mar 2022). Total Rs. 1100/.
• Subscription Rs 200/ Per Annum.
• Associate organisation may request strive to undertake research work after payment of research charges. The rates will be mutually decided at the time of finalization of the agreement.
• No Voting Rights.

To Register as Associate Member

8. Temporary Member. Temporary Membership is open to all (Min age 18yrs) from all fields, weather serving, retired, research scholar/ intern /student for the period of one year and extended based on merit. Temporary membership is extendable to the membership of a prestigious club/ Institute.

• Request for contributions of articles/ Blogs for STRIVE.
• Provided with Printed/ Digital Magazine / Paper of STRIVE.
• Request to attend a organized event, panel Discussion, Debate etc.
• Request to attend annual Event/ Conclave.
• Member may also be requested to undertake research work. Suitable honorarium may also be paid based on the quality of work.
• Membership Registration – Rs 100/. Subscription – 100 (up to 31 Mar 2022). Total Rs. 600/.
• Subscription Rs 50/ Per Month or Rs 500/ Per Annum.
• No Voting Rights.

To Register as Temporary Member

9. Outstation Member. A Member is open to convert his membership to an Outstation Member if staying or shifted to another station (Outside Lucknow UP), and unable to be present in most of the events organized.

• Request for contributions of articles/ Blogs for STRIVE.
• Provided with Printed/ Digital Magazine / Paper of STRIVE.
• Request to attend a organized event, panel Discussion, Debate etc.
• Invite to annual Event/ Conclave.
• Membership Registration will continue. No fresh registration.
• Subscription Rs 100/ Per Month or Rs 1000/ Per Annum.
• Will enjoy Voting Rights. No Proxy voting rights.
